Make yourself familiar with the Multi-agency Escalation / Resolution Policy!
Professionals don't always understand how to correctly escalate which results in further delays, the professional feeling that nothing has changed and unresolved issues for a child or family.
Therefore its important that you know the right pathway to escalate a case or situation when working with the multi-agency partnership.
As of 1st December 2020, we have modified the system to ensure that all escalations come to a central point regardless of stage in the process.
This is so that we can gather data on those areas of discussion that take place prior to escalation were differences of opinion are solved at an earlier stage.
To help us we are asking that you lodge all levels of challenge with us now to enable us to gather data as to how effectively the system is working.
